Ardtorna is beautifully done to a high standard it smells amazing when you walk in and is so clean and luxurious. You are made to feel special with the welcome from Karen and all the little extras in your room. We sat out on our balcony with a bottle of wine and a very generous delicious platter on the evening feeling so relaxed listening to all the wildlife and the nice view.

There are certain people who are simple exceptional at hospitality; Karen is at the top of that list. Everything is simply perfect. The rooms are clean and spacious. The whiskey cream cart is just a tiny microcosm of the detail and attention to making a stay here just perfect. The view is incredible, the host is ridiculously responsive and attentive, the accommodations are extraordinary...what more could you ask for? If you're around Oban Scotland, this is the place to stay.

What an incredible few nights we have had at Ardtorna. The property is stunning and the location and view are out of this world. Our host Karen was so helpful and accommodating and super friendly. It’s no surprise that she has won awards for being the best in Scotland. I know for that sure we will return soon to take in more of the wonders of the Highlands of Scotland and this wonderful place and such an amazing host 😁 Thank you for a weekend of memories to add to to the bank of happiness 💖

Found Ardtorna around 8 years ago. It is definitely our ‘go to’ when we are looking for a luxurious relaxing couple of days. Just returned from another lovely break with good friends ( also regular visitors) Ardtorna is always spotless, comfortable and the owner Karen is on hand for your every need. Deluxe rooms have views over the loch and have their own private decking area. Breakfasts are served in the beautiful dining area overlooking the loch. Food is exceptional. You owe it to yourself to try Ardtorna at least once although the likelihood is that you will return.

I booked this accommodation for our wedding anniversary and we stayed in the deluxe double room and was perfect! Really spacious and the breathtaking views over the loch were beautiful! Both nights that we stayed, we kept the curtains open to watch the stars. The room, bathroom and shower are beautifully decorated as well. I added on the celebratory package detailed on the hosts website which included wine, handmade chocolates (delicious - which were demolished instantly!) and rose petals on the bed. The food was out of this world and the host and staff were very kind and attentive. Breakfast was exquisite and we also met fellow guests staying and got chatting. The set up for breakfast was stunning and easy to access with labels, also catering for food allergies as well. (sweet pancakes were my favourite however that black pudding I had with the Scottish breakfast was incredible!) We took the opportunity to use the honesty bar for some late night drinks with lots of options to choose from. Plus getting cuddles from the dog Sam made the stay even better! Thank you Karen for a fantastic weekend, we will definitely be back!!
