Very friendly and helpful staff! House has been redone nicely and the room (family room) we stayed in was spacious and clean. Great little stop- one of our favorites on the trip around Scotland.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and loved its charm and the amazingly friendly staff. Had everything we needed and the generous breakfast was the icing on the cake. We felt lucky to stay in a place with such a long and rich history of hospitality. It's a really charming and pretty place. Would highly recommend it.

Travelled with family of four. We really enjoyed our stay with Benleva Hotel. Room was spacious enough for two + two kids having their own beds - something that is becoming rare these days (i.e. family rooms - much easier to charge for two rooms, which becomes a new standard these days it seems). Clean, comfy, high ceilings, beautiful views, big windows, comfy beds, clean and refurbished bathroom. What else can you ask for. Breakfast and bar facilities also up to expectations - no complains there. Kids welcome till midnight in bar area which did make a difference. Local brewed pints were a big bonus (IPA is fantastic!). Close to Loch Ness and a good base for local sightseeing. But for us, the biggest advantage of this establishment was friendly staff, especially barman (Ferguson his name is, if not mistaken) - what a friendly character! And only one tiny remark (unless I missed it) - no area to spend some time if you need to do a little bit of work, which is fairly common these days (so a piece of desk to put your laptop on). Obviously not a deal breaker. Overall, thoroughly recommended.

What a quaint little hotel! The manager, David, is extremely kind and personable, our room was large and beautiful, the beds were quite comfortable, and the entire property was clean and safe. The drinks at the bar were delicious and the company was pleasant.
