Stayed here for 1 night with my husband to attend a friends wedding. Hotel is a 20 minute walk from Helensburgh Central. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, the lobby and reception area is spotless. The room was a good size and probably the cleanest hotel room I had ever seen! We were pleasantly surprised with the basket on the bed which provided snacks, water, shower gel and wash cloths. Didn’t use the shower gel or wash cloths as we brought our own. Shower head is on a flexible hose and not fixed in to the wall which meant rinsing off was much easier than other hotel showers. The bed was comfortable and clean, towels white and fluffy, the room key also has a key for the front door so you can get in later in the evening without disturbing anyone and the breakfast was all vegetarian. We had the full vegetarian with the meat free sausages and meat free bacon so we didn’t feel like we were missing out on meat. It was tasty and satiated us.

A great hotel just a mile away from Helensburgh. The owners were very helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble. We stayed in room 14 which was very modern and very clean the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was large and nicely tiled. My only fault would be the curtains need blackouts because the day light was coming though the curtains at 4am. The breakfast was served in the room due to covid restrictions but it was served at the time required. It was very hot my only disappointment was there was no meat options but it was still a lovely start to the day.

Stayed here one night on a business trip. Great value for money. The room was spotlessly clean and bed was comfy. The couple running the place were fantastic, very friendly and accomodating, we arrived late in the evening and they spent time calling round the local restaurants to find us a table and even offered to drive us to the place that was booked for us. Breakfast in the morning was great with sausage, bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes with toast, coffee and orange juice. Will definitely stay here again!
