Traditional, very clean and comfortable accommodation, good location. Staff helpful and friendly, food excellent except for breakfast sausage. Bathroom spotless but tired. Would definitely stay there again.

It is a lovely 16th century building and well maintained. I love the deco and ambience. Plenty of parking space, overlooking the lake. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely the most warm and welcoming amongst all the hotels that we’ve been during our visit in Scotland. The hotel room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfy and you can sleep soundly since the sound proof is also quite good. Love the smell of the soap! The breakfast was amazing. Berry smoothie was thick and tasty. So much better than chained hotels. They do not double or triple their price during peak season like other hotels. Their pricing is standardized. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Old school hotel with excellent service and insane location! They're currently under a period of transition as they've got new management but they've done their best to accommodate us (they kept the kitchen open an extra hour until we arrived). I was blown away by the food, dinner is to die for here! Even though they were understaffed, I truly felt cared for and I can't wait to return!
