Absolutely fantastic team of staff who really look after the guests. The junior suites are amazingly beautiful and worth every penny... The outdoor hot tub spa is amazing especially if it rains or is cold/windy - perfect combination with the hot water...and the giant 2 course breakfasts are stunning. Can't recommend this place enough! Limited parking but they've got valet service if you need it & definitely the best hotel in Oban.

We visited to use the thermal spa experience for couples. We had a great time. Drinks served to the hot tub. Exclusive access to the hot tub, sauna and steam room. Robes, towels, spa slippers and shower all on hand as well. Customer service was excellent also. Quick reply to email enquiries and also dealt with a last minute change. Other half was very happy.

There were 3 of us ladies and we had a spa day on Mother's Day. The facilities were fantastic, the staff, Anne-Marie, Linda and Kim were really fabulous and we felt truly special. We then enjoyed Afternoon tea which was fantastic especially as it included some savoury bits as well as all the delicious cakes. The bar staff were friendly and professional with excellent customer service skills. Would definitely book again. Amazing value for money.

We stayed with our big GSD in late September. Phenomenal service, way beyond what we anticipated. They did give us 5 star service, I think that was the dog doing. Views of the bay fantastic and thanks also for the beautiful weather Stayed again this week, March, another 5 star stay. Just had the venison burger no sauces. The meat amazing taste

We enjoyed a fantastic two night stay here, the room was great. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of space. We had a fantastic view from our room looking out over the harbour from the third floor. We had one evening meal in the restaurant where the food and service were excellent, I had the scallops, lamb cutlets and shared a chocolate fondant. The two breakfasts we had were delicious with quick friendly service. In some of our down time we spent in the front lounge off the bar where the views were stunning and you just felt at ease and could relax.
