This beautiful hotel is less than a five minute walk from both the train station and the ferry. My fiance and I stayed there three nights 21/02-23/02/2023. Fantastic winter deal, which included a wonderfully filling breakfast. The hotel staff was kind, curtious, and very helpful. Not only inside the hotel but while we were walking about Oban and met a few staff members after working hours on the street while searching for various sites. The hotel offered great entertainment, and the hotel bar was stocked with a delicious variety of drinks and food. The rooms were clean, warm, and spacious. I highly recommend staying here. We felt so welcome that our two night trip was extended to three.

Stayed with friends, over this weekend. Hotel decor a little shabby, could do with some TLC, but overall the rooms were comfortable The staff were so friendly and helpful, 5* guys and gals, especially Andy (the manager) and Jamie (the barman). I think all in our party, had a smashing time. The view from the lounge is stunning, would definitely visit again. Thumbs up from me. Aly.

Staff very attentive, in the process of doing up the rooms so a bit tired looking, but this did not detract from our stay. Dinner and buffet breakfast great. With breakfast very good choice and eat as much as you liked. Hotel positioned on front so good view of a seafront, watching boats coming and going will definitely be back
