I would come here again, the room was beautiful. The whole experience was lovely for a little peaceful time together. The breakfast is a must. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful and they really are a credit to the hotel. Cocktails in the bar are everything a cocktail should be, in comfy seats and languid setting, last call is about half 10. This was a great place to have a rest and recuperate. Bed is comfy comfort with feather pillows, best sleep I've had that wasn't my own bed.

So, during our 15 day stay in Scotland, this was one of our hotels during our Highlands tour. Highly recommended however, we were traveling with our children so we actually rented two rooms. We apparently rented the last two rooms in the hotel. Now unfortunately, it appears that someone had gotten ill in our children’s room. And while they had worked, apparently as hard as they could to clean it up, they were still a very strong scent in that room. It mostly smells of cleaner, so I imagine there must’ve been some thing in there that was requiring that level of cleaner. Either that or it’s build, but either way, unfortunately we were unable to sleep in that room. So our children had to move into our room. They were very nice about it. They actually refunded the room. They got us a rollaway bed and the staff and everyone that was there was incredibly nice. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any additional rooms to move them into because place was fully booked. I’m pretty sure they would’ve offered us another room if he had existed. somewhat our fault I think that we arrived pretty late in the evening. Also, in addition to that we had breakfast the next morning it was really good here I would highly recommend having their breakfast. The Buffet is good. The items off of the menu are good. I guess some people have had issues, but we did not now I would say that they’re pretty busy and so it does take a while to get their attention again, but we did not find that to be any different or any worse than anywhere else that we were staying at. The only downside I would say is yes, it’s a great view but unfortunately, that also means that if you leave your windows open, there’s a lot of noise outside. It was fine really late in the evening but a couple of Irishman had a few too many, and were quite loud as they walked home. but the air was incredible and the views were incredible

Great place to stay in Oban, walking distance from many restaurants and shops as well as the ferry pier. Very nice amenities and lots of little touches. No laundry service but there is a local laundry who will pick up and return to this location. Would note there is a pub nearby and if you’re a light sleeper have the windows open in the evening it could be a little disturbing.

A really excellent place to stay in Oban, particularly if there is an onward journey to the islands planned or train trip. The free half hour spa session was most welcome and the room very comfortable - the Nespresso machine a lovely touch. Dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing, one main rather on the small side, another undercooked but our feedback was handled well by the management team. The evening light across the Firth of Lorn was magical.

Wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Perle Hotel. Traveled to Oban by train and hotel is a couple hundred metres from station, really ideally located. I would suggest adding coat hooks in the room. I wouldn't recommend the BAAB restaurant, particularly for breakfasts. Plenty better eateries nearby.

My partner and I spent 4 nights at Perle Oban. We were so comfortable in our room and really enjoyed talking with the kind and helpful workers who are at the front desk. The room had a gorgeous view of the ocean and was stocked with coffee and tea for us. We also enjoyed the heated towel rack in the bathroom and the nice bed. We had a great time in the Lulu Lounge for drinks and loved our meals at Baab restaurant. Every morning, we had a delicious breakfast and we went to dinner twice here. For breakfast, there are options to make your own and at dinners, we had fantastic Mediterranean food. We will be very excited to come back here.

Very nice hotel in the heart of town. It has a bar (LuLu Lounge) and the Baba Restaurant in the hotel. No hotel parking lot or valet but there are 2 options for overnight pkg: the train station lot across the street (3 pounds per day or part of a day, midnight to midnight) but a bit hard to find how to get into — it’s a one lane gated entrance/exit in the roundabout directly across from the hotel. The other option is the large Tesco lot (5 minute walk from the hotel).
