What an absolute hidden gem! A very warm welcome on arrival by the Dalmatian gang and Cat. We loved our break here,clapping animals,wandering the land and chilling in the hot tub...perfect! The lodge itself is absolute immaculate and has everything you need(netflix,amazon TV.. handy for the evening) Tho you must sit out side and admire the dark dark sky and stars at night. Instantly made to feel at home on this amazing farm, we did not want to leave. Cat is an amazing and extremely hard working host. We had lots of good convos and I was genuinely blown away by Cats learning curve and venture she embarked on with the farm. We will 100% return here for another visit...maybe to see lama's Cat?

A brilliant place for experiencing life on a working rescue farm. Two very private lodges that are spacious and comfortable. Each has a large hot tub. Our lodge backed onto the sheep and goats. Be aware this is a working farm so expect lots of interaction with friendly dogs and cats. You are right in the middle of Burns country so if you're a fan you are in the right place. Plenty of things to do around the area. There's a heated open air swimming pool in town, and a great activity centre (Galloway) just an hour away. You are only 30 mins from Ayr and just an hour south of Glasgow. The owners are both very pleasant and helpful. Very much enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Family stayed for a short break. Kids loved getting to potter about the farm and see the animals. The cabin was great for relaxing in and the hot tub was a fantastic end to the night. Cat the owner was very approachable and friendly and clearly so enthusiastic about what she does
